From Insight to Integration.
Private 3-day intensives for men who are ready to turn their insight into embodied experience.
You've done the work. It just hasn't made the difference you're hoping for.
You're Not Broken. You're Stuck.
You show up.
You're the person your friends trust with the hard stuff. In your relationships, at work, in the ways that are visible and noticed, you're competent and capable. Everything checks out. The inventory looks good.
As a complete experience though, it falls flat. You're lonely even with people you care about. The moments that should feel like connection, you find yourself managing. Your body is in the room, but it sometimes feels like you're miles away.
Most of us get better at explaining connection than experiencing it. And that goes for our relationship with ourselves too. We analyze, interpret, explain. There's a difference between understanding yourself and being in contact with yourself, and most of us were only ever taught the first one.
That gap is real. And it's one we can actually work with.
Living on Autopilot
The days are full. You're productive, successful, and reliable. You're just not sure when you last felt genuinely present for any of it.
Relational Loneliness
The people in your life care about you. You're not sure any of them actually know you.
Emotional Disconnection
Someone you care about asks how you're doing, and you realize you genuinely don't know.
Three Days. One Focus.
All Yours.
An intensive isn't just more of the same work or a longer session. It's a different kind of container. One focus, nothing to rush back to, enough room for the work to actually complete. What you've spent years understanding has the time and space to become something you can feel and live from.
You'll have my undivided attention for all of it. You'll leave with more access to yourself than when you arrived. Less time managing your experience, more time actually in it. Closer to your own aliveness than you've been in a long time.
A lot can shift in three days when nothing else is competing for your attention.
Focused support and undivided attention.
Interrupt the patterns that keep you stuck, rather than just understanding why they're there.
Move toward what you've been avoiding, with real support to actually get there.
Learn and practice new skills in real time, with support when it gets hard.
Process what surfaces fully, without leaving things half-open when time runs out.
Your Transformation Arc
How Intensives Work
This isn't a marathon or an endurance test. The three days are designed with a clear structure — focused work, built-in rest, and time to integrate what's emerging before moving to the next thing. The pace follows your nervous system. Each day builds on what came before.
Step 1
Pre-Intensive Consultation
You'll start with a pre-assessment, followed by a one-on-one conversation. We'll get clear on what you're carrying, what you're hoping for, and how to customize the three days around what matters most to you.
Step 2
Three-Day Private Intensive
Over three days, we work in focused sessions with space to rest and integrate in between. The work moves at your pace, not the clock's. We'll work with what you bring: patterns that have been running for years, difficulty staying present in hard moments, or what gets in the way of deeper connection in your relationships.
Step 3
Integration & Continued Support
You won't leave empty-handed. We'll put together practical tools and resources tailored to what came up during the intensive, along with a follow-up session to support continued integration as you return to your daily life.
The structure is clear. The pace is steady. The work continues long after you leave.
“My wife noticed before I did. We’d finished a hard conversation and she said it was the first time in a while where it felt like we were actually in it together instead of her feeling talked at.”
“Stress used to live in my body without me noticing it. Now I can feel when I’m wound up, and I know how to settle before I bring that energy into my family.”
“I’ve always thought that I was pretty self-aware. I just didn’t realize self-awareness and self-regulation were two completely different things.”
Hi, I’m Jeremy.
I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist and Somatic Experiencing practitioner with nearly a decade of experience working with men navigating the gap between insight and lived experience.
I know what it’s like to be self-aware and still stuck. This work is about building an actual relationship with your own experience, not just a more detailed analysis of it. When that relationship starts to come alive, what becomes possible in your other relationships is something insight alone can’t get you to.
Each intensive is built around a clear structure and shaped entirely around you. The work goes beyond conversation. We work with what’s happening in your nervous system, not just what you can articulate about it. Integration time is built in throughout, so nothing gets opened and left unfinished.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this right for me if I’ve already done a lot of therapy?
Often, yes. Many of the men I work with are therapy veterans. They have real insight, real self-awareness, and still feel stuck. If you know what the patterns are but can’t seem to move them, the intensive format is designed for exactly that.
Do I need to be in crisis to do an intensive?
No. Most of the men I work with aren’t in crisis. They’re often functioning well, but frustrated by the gap between how much they understand and how their lives actually feel. You don’t have to be falling apart to want something more.
What does an intensive actually look like?
Each intensive is tailored to you and can range from one to three days depending on your goals. It’s structured but responsive, with built-in rest and integration time throughout. The goal is depth and integration, not just more insight.
How should I prepare?
After we confirm your intensive, you’ll receive a pre-assessment and a brief reflection guide to help you arrive ready. The consultation call is also part of the preparation. We’ll use that time to get clear on what you’re bringing and how to shape the days around it.
Is this confidential?
Yes, completely. Sessions are one-on-one and private. Nothing is shared with employers, family, or others.
Do you take insurance?
Intensives are private pay only, which allows for complete confidentiality and flexibility. Insurance is not accepted.
How soon can I schedule?
Openings vary, but most clients can book within 4–6 weeks.
